I am body building and wanted to know what would e better for me to take. Omega 3 and 6, 1000mg or salmon oil omega 3, 1000mg?

In brief: Omega-3

Most people get sufficient omega-6 fats in their diets; in contrast, unless you are eating fatty fish regularly, you are likely not consuming sufficient omega-3's.
While it's not likely necessary to consume additional omega-6's from supplements, omega-3 supplements are probably a good idea. That said, whether they come from salmon oil or any other oil doesn't matter much (except in the cost!).
