39 year old woman with mild/moderate rheumatoid arthritis. Cbc done - hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCV levels low, but iron is in normal range?

Other causes. There are other causes for anemia, and you should return to your doctor to discuss this. You will need more testing. Good luck.
Suspect this is RA. This is probably the anemia of chornic inflammation that affects many patient with rheumatoid arthritis. The illness prevents iron from getting from the marrow macrophages into the young red blood cells. Your physician can advise you about managing this. Best wishes.
Anemia. These values show that your anemia is not due to blood loss but is due to chronic inflammation which suppresses your bone marrow function resulting in chronic anemia. Your md or a hematologist can advise you as to whether further tests are warranted.
