My 11yr old catches every bug there is! she has asthma and allergies an brohncatis ! what can she take to help prevent these besides allergy meds ?

She does need an allergy work up;you should consult an allergist if not already done so far, but there is limited success with allrgy shots(immunotherapy) you need to treat asthma which is a chronic disease due to inflammation in bronchi.
You have to discuss treatment options with your pediatrician including controller meds(inhaled steroids, singular, long acting bron/dilaters and relievers albuterol.

Agree with avoidance measures after the allergic triggers have been identified. My own success rate with allergy shots is quite high for people with asthma and thus this should be considered as well.
