In brief: ENT evaluation

You need to find an ENT you trust and follow his or her directions to the letter. Chronic sinus disease is difficult to treat and often combines multiple therapies including antibiotics and antibiotic nasal washes, steroids and/or steroid nasal sprays and sometimes surgical intervention.
It does not turn around in 3-4 days . Usually takes 6-8 weeks of therapy to adequately treat.
