In addition to what dr. Weeks noted, sildenafil and other oral pde-5 inhibitors can't be used w/nitrates lest your blood pressure drops & your cardiovascular system collapses predisposing you to sudden death.
Nitrates are commonly used for heart disease in those complaining of chest pain or angina. Beware of otc supplements contaminated w/pde5 inhibitors but labeled as natural & organic.
