I tested negative for std's & was told I had a yeast infection. After taking meds discharge still appeared. What could this be. Yeast infection again?

Need for evaluation. It could be recurrence of yeast infection, or bacterial vaginosis. You should see your doctor for an evaluation and to rule out causes that may predispose to repeated yeast infection, e.g., hormone imbalance, diabetes and immune issues.
