My doc has me on Zoloft & Xanax (alprazolam) for my dep & anxiety but I'm still having panic attacks everyday! My dose is. 25. Increase or ask 4 dif? And if so wht

Not enough info. I'm sorry, but you haven't shared your zoloft dose or how long you've been on it -- also we don't know how often you take your .25mg xanax (alprazolam). It's best to talk with your own psychiatrist about your continued panic attacks, since s/he does know these important details. Adjustments or changes might be made, and s/he's the best professional to make them. Best wishes. Read more...

My personal selection for panic which has not had the time to respond to an ssri or which is not fully responsive to an ssri is clonazepam, a medication your psychiatrist. Certainly is familiar with. Slow deep breathing may help also. Read more...
