Small bubbles of clear liquid located round my fingers. They're itchy and come and go. Scabs form after as well. What are they and how do I cure it?

Hand Eczema. Dyshidrotic eczema is a type of eczema (dermatitis) of unknown cause that is characterized by itch bubles or vesicles filled with clear fluid. You don't catch it from someone, its more of an inherited condition. Sometimes washing hands too frequently can dry out the hands and exacerbate it. More then likely you will need a high strength prescription cortisone cream. See a dermatologist.
