I have pain in lower back with stomach pain that shoot down my leg what could be?

Sciatica. Pain from the back into the leg is often called sciatica. There are some chronic gastrointestinal problems that are associated with bony pelvis problems that radiate into the leg also. Bone, ligament and disc can mimic sciatica. Not everything that "travels" is from a nerve. Get a good examination from a musculoskeletal doctor. If you have not had your annual pelvic exam, schedule that too.
Check it out. If no pathology from your md chiropractor may help.Probable musculoskeletal issue.

Is stooped posture can cause low back pain and stomach pain? So I developed in legs prominent veins? I'm underweight & I have weak back extensors.

Unclear . it is possible that because you are under-weight, you do boy have sufficient core muscles (abdominals and para-spinals) to keep your posture correct. This in turn may lead to further back problems and stomach problems. I would recommend exercises to strengthen your core. However, you may want to seek the help of good physical therapist to guide you before doing it on your own. . Read more...

The only way in which to investigate this is to be seen by a doctor, examined, have some labs and imaging studies done, all after providing a full history. Frankly this sounds very severe and should be looked into immediately. If you cannot see a family doctor now, go to an ER. Good luck. Read more...

I'm having low back pain and moderate-extreme stomach pain 3-4 inches above navel. Please advise?

Spine pathology. Is typically not associated with abdominal pain (rather, lumbar spine pathology more typically can cause radiating pains into the legs). Based on your description, it sounds like the abdominal pain is the predominant complaint, therefore i suspect that you have abdominal pathology which may be causing your back pain. I would definitely recommend that you see a physician for evaluation. Read more...

In addition to low back pain I have also been having stomach pain (vp shunt ends). Id rather be somewhat sure before actually going to the doctor...

See your doctor. Abdominal pain in the area of a VP shunt should be evaluated with an in-person hands on exam with a practitioner who is familiar with VP shunts and their potential complications. Web based medical platforms cannot replace this, and evaluation should not be delayed. . Read more...
