Healthy habits. If you focus on healthy habits, which will become part of your life in the future, is the only way to loose and keep off extra weight. Exercise daily, eat mindfully, focus on unprocessed foods, skip sugar and white carbs and eat low fat dairy and meat. Avoid bringing home foods that were past triggers. Don't deprive yourself of favorites but eat them in small amounts outside of your house.
Losing Weight. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise. A pound a week is a good goal . Normally would not recommend that you exceed 2 pounds per week max.
