I'm a big fan of listerine.
I recommend rinsing with listerine once a day for 30 seconds. Spit out and don't rinse with water. It's a very good antiseptic mouthwash for oral tissue health. Don't overdo it...Once a day is plenty.

I've been a huge fan of Closys since 1995. It had several other names previously. It was developed by a gum specialist - Dr. Perry Ratcliff. It kills bacteria, neutralizes the volatile sulfur compounds that are involved in gum disease and bad breath. I am not a fan of other OTC mouthwashes because they cover up oral problems instead of treating the problem. Some also contain alcohol which dries out the tissues of the mouth. Also alcoholics have one of the highest rates of oral cancer.
