I had cramps on my left side at day 11 then on day 14 i had sharp pains on my right side which day would I have ovulated please?

It's impossible to say just based on the pains you describe.
Sometimes a woman has pain on the opposite side that she ovulates on.... It's not always a very precise indicator of where ovulation occurred. The only way to really tell is by ultrasound to see where the follicle was where the egg was released from.
