I had laser surgery to correct nearsightedness. Post op, I am slightly far-sighted and have a mild astigmatism. Should i get an enhancement?

In brief: Maybe

This is a question to discuss with your surgeon.
The risk / benefit ratio must be evaluated. What is your current vision versus your visual needs? How long has it been since your surgery? Has your vision stabilized? Are any coexisting conditions like dry eye treated? Can a hyperopic treatment be done under the old flap or must a new, bigger flap be created with additional risk? Good luck.

In brief: Possibly

It sounds like you have discussed this already with your lasik surgeon.
Enhancements have a high degree of improvement. Is the level of vision you have now satisfactory and meeting your needs? If so, then live with it. If your result was sufficiently off that you are uncomfortable, then consider an enhancement. This assumes your lasik surgeon recommends this pathway.

In brief: Complex

This question is one for your eye surgeon.
If you are unhappy with your vision, discuss this with him/her. If you are happy with your vision, you should not get an enhancement.
