In brief: Vomiting

Vomiting may be caused by a virus or some food that wasn't tolerated.
If she hasn't vomited in an hour, start slowly with small amounts of clear liquid (pedialyte)- just 1/2 ounce to start. If tolerated for 2-3 hours, try some light foods (brat- bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Avoid milk, juice, and heavy foods for a couple of days. See your doctor if vomiting persists more than 2-3 times.
