I have lattice retinal degeneration. Is there anything that can be taken for that? Nervous about future vision problems.

In brief: No....

There is nothing you can take for it.
Important to have annual eye exams.

In brief: Go with majority

Lattice degeneration may or may not be a significant risk factor for retinal tears and detachment.
The american academy of ophthalmology does not recommend routine laser of lattice in the absence of retinal tears or fellow eye retinal detachment. There is nothing to take for it, it is a change people are born with, the "degeneration" part of the name is misleading.
