In a viral infection , it will go away in a few days. If you have a bacterial infection, then an antibiotic is needed. There are also other causes. In the meanwhile , a topical oral anesthetic lozenge may help but I am not sure if it is available in your area. Some people find gargling with salt water (0.9%) may be soothing.
