Headache followed by left leg numbness, then left arm numbness. Confusion. Panic. Almost a feeling of unreality. Should i be worried about a TIA ?

In brief: Not really

Sounds like you may be suffering from a type of headache we call hemiplegic migraine.
It would be very unlikely at your age to be having tias.

Since symptoms include panic I would bet on anxiety over migraine.

In brief: Not at your age but

It is unlikely to have TIA at your age if you do not have any serious medical condition in the past.
But with your symptoms of panic and numbness etc you should have yourself checked by your primary care doctor to make sure what may be causing your panic , numbness and feeling of unreality.
