My anion gap is 20. I've had random irritability, muscle discomfort, sweating, sudden weight gain. No diabetes. Both fatigue and insomnia. Am i ok?

In brief: Your doctor

A high anion gap and muscle pain could indicate some lactic acidosis.
Certain medication, over exercise, dehydration, or muscle disease are only a few causes. There are lots of different reasons for metabolic acidosis. This is something to pursue with your doctor as it sounds like further work-up is necessary.
