How can I reduce my triglycerides levels. I had a kidney removed in 2010 & my levels have gone up. I am vegetarian and follow a really healthy diet.

In brief: Less sweets,chromium

Reducing sugars, starches (grains, potatoes) ; alcohol is the first thing to try.
Exercise ; weight loss helps, as does chromium (as nicotinate or polynicotinate) 200 mcg/day. See http://www.Johnshopkinshealthalerts.Com/alerts/heart_health/lower-triglycerides_6006-1.Html for good advice, though i disagree with their advice to avoid coconut oil.
