Temp of 99-99.8 usually 96-97 with nasal congestion, sore throat, drainage down throat for the last 5 days and now coughing up yellowish mucus. Help?

You probably have a cold or flu.
Since it is already too late to be treated with antiviral agent, only symptom control is needed. However if these symptoms persist for more than 10 days, then i would suspect that you may have developed a sinus infection which may require an antibiotic.
