I had sebborrheic dermatitis and it effected my upper back. The sores no longer bleed but look like scars. What can I do to get rid of them? Laser?

In brief: Seborrhoic dermatiti

Try using virgin coconut oil on your back to alleviate your scarring.

In brief: Wrong diagnosis

Acne is among possible causes of bleeding sores ; scars.
Seborrheic dermatitis is not. Coconut oil will be as useful as any other lubricant. See a dermatologist for treatment of the skin disorder, whatever it is.
