In brief: Severe dysnmenorrhea

Isn't normal. Reasons for significant menstrual cramps can be endometriosis, cervical stenosis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis ; pelvic inflammatory disease.

Severe cramping where you can't get out of bed for a few days is not normal.
You should see a doctor about this. Vomiting may be due to the menses or some other cause. I wouldn't worry about 1 episode of vomiting, but if it persists, you should see your doctor.
