Painful lump on topside of right wrist/arm area. Just started back @ work 2 days ago, working in meatworks so a lot of repetitive physical labor?

Suspect. Tendonitis or possibly a ganglion cyst. Ultrasound is a great tool for further evaluation when done by someone competent in this modality. Might be useful to consider this if conservative treatment fails.
Ganglion cyst. Probably a benign ganglion cyst, common with repetitive work. Essentially a collection of leaked joint fluid in a thin but tough capsule outside the wrist joint. Sometimes may go away without treatment, but sometimes needs to be removed surgically if symptoms are interfering with normal activities.
