In brief: Call Pediatrician

Teething should not affect breathing, except that teething increases salivation, which normally is seen as drooling.
Could, however, be causing some airway problems. Please call your pediatrician for an examination to check lungs, airway, etc. And don't forget, at your daughter's 1st b'day take her to see a pediatric dental specialist.
