I use a home doppler once daily for 1-2 min due to previous missed miscarriage. I understand it is not to replace prenatal care. Is using it safe?

In brief: Ultrasound

Doppler devices are quite safe.
Do the prenatal care regularly.

In brief: Prior loss

Using a home doppler daily is safe, but it will not prevent a miscarriage.
It only tells you if there is a fetal heart beat at that time. Another miscarriage will either happen or it won't happen.
