Echo EKG blood tests and holter monitor are all normal still have chest pains should I still be concerned of cardiac pain? I'm 25yrs old.

Non-invasive tests which are good and at your age usually sufficient to eliminate a cardiac origin.
That being said no one can absolutely say the pains are not cardiac without cardiac catheterization, but keep in mind there are many other reasons for "chest pain" more common than a cardiac condition such as musculo-skeletal and gastrointestinal. Have you investigated those?
