In brief: Probably not

Vomiting is not a common symptom of foramenal stenosis.
There are so many other more likely causes of vomiting. For instance, you are on gabapentin. That, or other medications might be a cause. If you have a fever or body aches, i would consider the flu or other viral illness. Maybe it's just something you ate. Your neck is far down on the list of possibilities. Hope you feel better soon!
