In brief: Very malignnt.
This is a kind of squamous cancer that is poorly organized, or has no resemblance to what squamous lining should look like.
It follows that this is a very serious cancer that must be treated very aggressively for any chance of a favorable outcome.

In brief: Squamous cell
Well you are obviously reading a path report.
This does not tell where the cancer cells are from. They are cancer..Hence the carcinoma. The cells are from squamous origin which is just how they look under the microscope. It means they could come from skin, lung cervix...Things that have that type of cell for a lining. The poorly means they look disorganized or angry. Not to give the cancer a personality.

In brief: It's a pathologic
Term, going from "well" sort of organized, tile-like patern even making 'pearls' of keratin, to "poorly" differentiated, less regular cell shapes, lost bridges between cells, even elongated mimicking a spindle/sarcoma like cell.
Today cytokeratin ihc's help pin-point type and origin. It conveys being more prone to cause trouble.

Squamous cell cancers come from the linings, like your skin, lining of lung, bladder, cervix... The pathologist describes the cells as squamous ,the carcinoma means cancer, the poorly differentiated is a grade assigned by the pathologist. Poorly meaning it appears disorganized and faster growing.
