I've been having pain in both legs (annoying not horrible) for over a month...Had 2 negative ddimers last month, told it wasn't dvt, thoughts?

Leg Pain. A negative d-dimer x2 is pretty good evidence that there is no clot. However, the gold standard for making a DX. of DVT from the groin to the ankle is a venous duplex examination. It seems as if your pain is not due to a DVT but a venous duplex would be the definitive test.
Several items. Veins arteries muscles, joints, nerves connective tissue can all, have problems. Need full history, associated conditions, stop smoking, and good exam.
