In brief: Speak to someone you

Can trust or a doctor. Although some delusions are seemly more bizarre than the others, a doctor's goal is to understand your experience within those delusions, rather than judging whether they make you "weird" or not.
Good luck!

Delusions, by definition, cannot be self-diagnosed or self-identified. If you realize that your belief is false, then it's not a delusion. If you have a delusion, you would call it "the truth", not label it a delusion.

If you realize it is a false belief, it is not a delusion. If you really have a delusion, you would not call it a delusion, you would call it "the truth". You have something else going on.
