In brief: Unrelated

The issues are unrelated.
Why would you care about a uric acid level in the first place?

In brief: High uric acid

High uric acid is not related to sodium in food.
High uric acid occurs either as a genetic defect, or due to kidney impairment, or from medications, or from excess organ meat and muscle meat and alcohol ingestion. Panadol (acetaminophen) actifast is ok to take.
