I (27 years old) have a tsh=4.87, t3=1.2, t4=6.9, i wanted to know whether I should take levothyroxine or not, and if yes how much a day?

Your TSH is very mildly elevated, other thyroid levels are normal.
Treatment depends on symptoms. If you have gained weight, excessive fatigue, constipation, etc., treatment with thyroid hormone (25 to 50 mcg daily) may help. If you have no symptoms, it is worth waiting, and repeating the level in a few months to see if it is better or worse.
