Did sprints 10 days ago in the cold. Still feel soreness (continue to exercise daily). Did i strain my quad muscles? How long will i be sore?

Stairclimbing than you did. Muscle strains( depending on severity) of the quads in your age group can take 2-6 weeks to heal.Best to avoid sprinting or fast jogging for ~4-6 wks to avoid re- injury. Gl!
