I've been having recurrent thrush and the entrance to my vagina has become so tight that penetration hurts. Is this caused by thrush or vestibulodynia?

In brief: Pelvic pain

Vestibulodynia simply means pain in the vestibule, the area outside the vaginal orifice.
Whether this is due to recurrent candidiasis or to something else can only be determined by somebody with access to your medical records and an examination. See a gynecologist, and good luck in feeling better soon.
