Can multiple TIA be seen on imaging?

Unlikely. Tias generally leave no marks on the brain when looked at with brain imaging. If TIA leaves a mark, we consider it a stroke. Some argue that tias can have changes on the brain imaging in the first few days which then often disappear.
TIA. Mri or ct may or may not show any abnormalities after a ministroke or tia. The diagnosis is clinical made by a neurologist.
