In brief: Probably not

The diagnosis of lymphoma is very complex and relies on a constellation of clinical signs and symptoms including unexplained weight loss, night sweats, lack of appetite, fatigue, progressively enlarging lymph nodes, progressively enlarging liver and/or spleen, etc.
, confirmed by biopsy. If none of these signs is present, the diagnosis is unlikely. Consulting your physician is recommended.

In brief: Your Doctor can guid

The doctor who has done tests for you can and should guide you and explain what the test results mean.
If your ct scan is normal, that means you have no lymphoma or any other tumor(because they would be seen in the ct). You can ignore the comment of slightly enlarged liver. It is best not to get anxious and keep doing more tests because the test results can mislead you and take you on a wrong cour.
