Told that 11 year daughter needs lat. Release arthiscopy. How soon after surgery and pt can she fly - we live abroad and 2 long haul flights from usa?

She should be able to manage a long flight a couple of weeks after the surgery.
I would try to make arrangements with the airline for bulkhead seats to give her a little extra leg room. Also, make sure your pt person shows her motions to do with the affected leg in-flight to reduce stiffness and reduce chances of blood clots.
