30 days of heart palpitations. Ekg-ultra sound- blood-holter-stress tests all normal. I exercise - yoga and meditate. No improvement. What can I do?

Talk to doctor again. The doctor who ordered and reviewed all the tests you have been through should be able to discuss the pros and cons of starting you on some medication. Sometimes it is a beta- blocker; i assume you do not consume excessive amounts of coffee or some herbal meds.
