Consistent discomfort in upper mid stomach, mostly when standing/walking, gas, flatulence main symps, did ultrasound and several bood test. All good?

Often these are easily treated with acid reducing medicines. If these end your symptoms after a several week trial that's good. You may need a gastric doctor to take a direct look into your actual stomach and swallowing tube, esophagus, in search of an ulcer. If you see black stool or vomit blood you should definitely have someone take a look.
