Taking 1- 2 percocet every 4 hours post op for pain & ureteral stent irritation. Very drowsy on this med but have relief. Is there diff med 0 drowsy?

Percocet is a narcotic and drowsiness and other opiate-related side effects (constipation, dizziness, vivid dreams, sweating, etc) not uncommon.
A non-narcotic pain medication like tramadol would likely be better. Otc nsaids (e.g. Ibuprofen, naproxen) along with a prescription alpha-blocker (e.g. Tamsulosin) are often well-tolerated and very helpful for relieving stent-related pain and discomfort.
