What is the best for low testosterone, androgel, injections or compound creams?

Choice is Yours. The best therapy to treat hypogonadism is that which you can afford and are willing to take for a long time. Testosterone injections are inexpensive but does require a shot. Androgel, axiron, Fortesta & testim are creams/gels/sol'n but expensive. Compounded creams are less so. All can render you infertile. So if you want to maintain sperm production, you'll need to consider Clomiphene or hcg.
Low testosterone. There are creams, gels, patches, and monthly shots to replace testosterone. They all work equally well. It is just a matter of your personal preference as to how you like to take the medicine.
