In brief: Mostly no

If the hemianopia is on the left side, that is an absolute barrier to driving.
If the hemianopia is on the right, driving can be done although parking is a bit dicey and there is a risk of unforeseen things happening on that side. Drving in these circumstances should be done very cautiously.
