I have a femoral anteversion and minorly clubbed feet. Could that be the reason why i walk pigeon-toed?

In brief: Yes

Most people who are "pigeon toed" (internally rotated) , comes from the position/structure of the hip.
Some are due to tibial torsion . Rarely it is a problem unless you are tripping over your feet.
