If one parent has sickle cell disease, and the other parent does not have either sickle cell disease or trait, then the child has a 100% chance of having sickle cell trait and 0% chance of sickle cell disease.
Once again, this is only true if it is known for sure by testing that the unaffected parent does not have sickle cell trait.
