In brief: Headache

Most common symptom for a ruptured brain aneurysm is a headache.
It is usually described as a "worst headache of life". It can be associated with other symptoms, such as being confused, sleepy, having weakness, numbness, speech or visual difficulty. This requires immediate medical evaluation.

Always best to avoid aneurysmal rupture if you are aware of aneurysm, which may sometimes show up on routine MRI study.
