In brief: None
No special needs other than your normal excellent brushing, flossing, irrigation (waterpik) and any other techniques you use.
Always recommend cleanings / check-ups twice a year . Many benefit from a third or fourth cleaning in between. You can never be too clean !

In brief: Same as usual
There are no specific hygiene steps if you are on bisphosphonates you should floss and brush as usual.
Use an electric brush with soft bristles and a mouth wash, a waterpick can be a good idea as well.A talk to your dentist or hygienist and keep a rigorous dental hygiene schedule to avoid any unnecessary gum or bone infection that may lead to an extraction.
