I'll focus on lungs.
Cancer can be due to tobacco exposure., even 2nd hand Asbestos too. Emphysema can also be due to tobacco. Asthma exacerbation can be due to air borne allergens especially pollen. Smog doesn't help. Influenza outbreaks can be thought of as a result of close quarters, certainly exposure to ill. I'm sure my colleagues will come up w/more.
