In brief: Impossible to say
Everybody has a different tolerance to alcohol.
Man can generally process more alcohol than women, perhaps due to larger body & liver mass. Other factors such as hepatitis virus coinfection and fatty liver disease can contribute to liver injury from alcohol. Genetics can perhaps play a role also. Regardless of anyone's ability to handle alcohol, binge drinking is strongly discouraged for all.
