How can you treat a tear of the scapholunate ligament and central tear of the triangular fibrocartliage?
Two different cures. Central tears of the TFCC are treated with arthroscopic debridement as the central portion does not have adequate blood flow to heal. The S-L ligament sometimes responds to arthroscopically guided percutaneous pinning, often requires repairer reconstruction to include dorsal capsulodesis. Seek care with board certified hand surgeon.
