Please let me know if there is anyone out there who has recovered completely from dental paresthesia in the 3-8 week time span?
It is possible. Most cases of dental paresthesia will spontaneously resolve within days, weeks, or months. Those cases that last beyond 6 to 9 months are considered permanent. Best of luck!
Paresthesia. I don't believe you will get many, if any, answers from the general public on this website. That does not mean that others have not had this problem and recovered. As a dentist i can tell you that the length of time patients have paresthesia varies and yes....Many patient have recovered full feeling within (and even after) that length of time. You should discuss this with your own oral surgeon.
